Do I need a PayPal account to purchase my custom jewelry?
No, you do not need to have an exisiting account or sign-up for a new PayPal account. PayPal will process your credit card even if you do not have an account.

Can I place an international order?
Yes, we can accept international orders. Please refer to the shipping page for international shipping information.

Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, you may purchase gift certificates via PayPal in various dollar amounts by clicking this button:

Will Bandelle send an order email confirmation for my custom jewelry?
Yes. You will receive an order confirmation within 24 hours of your purchase. When your item has been shipped, we will send your tracking number so that you can track your package online.

Do you offer other ways to pay?
Currently, we only accept payments via PayPal online. We do not accept credit cards over the phone, fax, or email.

Do you have a physical store location?
No, we are an online business only.

Is your website secure for processing credit cards?
Yes. Your secure information is transmitted through PayPal and they use sophisticated data encryption technology (SSL) to process credit cards over the internet.

What is your return & exchange policy?
If you are unsatisfied with your jewelry in any way, please mail the jewelry and packing slip back to us within 30 days of your order for a full refund or exchange. Our mailing address is Bandelle, 12620 FM 1960 W, Ste A-4-174, Houston, TX 77065. Please note that we cannot reimburse you for return & exchange shipping charges.

How do you calculate the tax rate?
Since we operate our business out of Texas, Bandelle is required by law to collect sales tax from Texas residents only. The sales tax rate for Texas residents is 8.25%.

Will my jewelry look exactly how it is pictured?
Since many of our jewelry pieces contain natural gemstones, each bead is unique therefore you should expect slight color, size, and shape variations. In addition, the colors will appear different between monitors depending on the monitor settings. We have done our best to match the colors as closely as possible.

Can I get my custom jewelry gift wrapped?
Your custom jewelry is packaged in a beautiful vintage-inspired black & white box with ribbon.

When will you add new products?
We will constantly add new products so please visit our site often. We plan to add bracelet and earrings lines soon. If you would like to work with our designer to create a different jewelry piece other than those shown, please send an e-mail to designer@bandelle.com.

SHIPPING


Why does it take 2-3 days to ship?
Since each jewelry item is handmade by our designers and customized just for you, our regular turnaround time is 2-3 days.

Can orders be shipped to a PO box?
UPS will not deliver to PO boxes. If you would like to ship to a PO Box, please select standard domestic (USPS) as your shipping method.

How do I track the shipping status of my order?
We will send you an e-mail with your tracking number when your custom jewelry has been shipped. You will be directed to the UPS or USPS website depending on the shipping method you selected.
