Oh my goodness, I heard “Nothing’s Gonna Stop Us Now” by Starship on the way to Junior League this morning. Do you remember the cheesy 80s song from Mannequin? I remember dressing in my mum’s red heels after watching this movie, along with Grease, Grease II, Can’t Buy Me Love, Flashdance, and Girls Just Want To Have Fun.

Oh Kylie, I remember watching all of those movies with you when we were little. I had no idea Kim Cattrall was in this one. It’s fun when you watch old movies again and realise how famous the person is now. Who would have thought that Sarah Jessica Parker, Helen Hunt, and Shannon Doherty would be in other major TV shows and movies after doing Girls Just Want To Have Fun? Another old movie that we used to watch over and over…The Sound of Music
