We were on our way to get hair cuts on Friday when my sister whipped out a style card from her last hair cut in Sweden at e-hair. I thought it was such a handy card — photos of the front & back of your hair cut plus the color formula they used for highlights. This salon stores all of the info and photos in their database as a little refresher for your next visit. What a great idea.
Several hairdressers here are now keeping track of your color but I haven’t seen any take photos (if yours does, please share). So I created a style card that you can download right here. It’s my gift to you! All you have to do is print, fill out the details, and make sure you take a couple of quick snapshots. Then tuck the little card in your purse and you’ll be ready for your next visit or even for a last minute appointment on the road.

I hope you find your little style card useful. And I’d love to see your new summer hair cuts so please pass along some photos. I’m pretty boring because I only got a trim this time. In fact, I don’t really do much to my hair other than dye it the same as my natural hair color. It makes the color a tad richer. Maybe you’ll inspire me to do something a little more daring next time.

cute idea. not only is it hard to describe exactly how you had it, but you can’t always remember.

Such a fantastic idea! Love the style cards–all hair stylists should take photos, don’t you think?

Yes, I definitely think they should all take photos. It’s hard to remember exactly how it was cut yourself let alone your stylist who has seen 200+ heads of hair between your visits. Glad you all like it
