Before we take a trip to Austin in the morning to see our 10-day-old niece, Evie, I thought I would end the week with a sweet find for all of the mothers out there. Dear little Evie is just the the most precious little baby (Aunty Kylie’s unbiased opinion) and mom and daughter seem to be embracing the nursing time, even in the wee hours of the morning. New mom, Erin, is quite an active woman so for those times when she’s on the run but needs a bit of privacy, a nursing cover from Bebe Au Lait may come in handy. And that’s exactly what we have all wrapped-up, plus matching burp cloths, for this little Team E.
Check out the wide range of fabrics. They remind me of Amy Butler’s beautiful graphic prints. And now Bebe Au Lait even has gorgeous and super-luxurious silk nursing covers. It looks like they are launching a new organic linen and cotton collection this spring so make sure you check back with them in the next couple of months. For a little laugh, Bebe Au Lait has a sister brand called Hooter Hiders. I’m not sure which name I prefer because the translation of “baby with milk” is just as clever.
Spring is the season of baby showers. These nursing covers and burp cloths come beautifully gift wrapped so why not make them your signature shower gift? Awww…you have a new niece!! How great!! Congrats! I have a new cousin who is about 10 days old too, plus a friend that’s pregnant! So this is great cause I have been looking for great gifts! And the prices are reasonable for such great designs. I LOVE THE PATTERNS!!
And you do have the right to be biased. No one can tell me my 8 year old nephew isn’t the cutest and best nephew in the world!! Have a great weekend.

Alia, looks like it’s the baby season. I cannot speak from my own experience, but these nursing covers seem to be a huge hit for moms. My sister-in-law used it for the entire weekend — who knew that babies eat so often!
